Two Brands ... One Roof

August 8, 2016   THERE'S A NEW BLUE IN TOWN

So ........ there's a new Chalk Paint(R) by Annie Sloan color! Meet GIVERNY ...

Giverny (pronounced with a soft "G") is described by Annie Sloan as "a bright, cheery, clean, cool blue". We agree! And as with all cool colors, it looks great paired with a warmer color such as Barcelona Orange or Scandinavian Pink. Try it with greens and neutrals, too.

Originally named Monet, Giverny gets it's name from the village where Claude Monet lived in Northern France. This blue was popular in early 20th century interiors. This makes it a perfect addition to the Annie Sloan palette, which is based off historical European colors.

There are two additional new colors coming soon as well ... stay tuned for more information on that. In the meantime, crack open a can of Giverny and get painting. We can't wait to see what you create!
